Renter application process
- Once you have chosen your preferred property, send an enquiry to arrange an inspection of the property.
- If you have not already, prepare your rental application documents and ensure your proof of identity documents make up to 100 points. This may include but is not limited to bank statements, payslips, pets with photos and reference check details.
- When a date and time are set for the inspection, please arrive at the property inspection on time. We encourage you to take notes and photos of the property, this may help you in the condition report in the later steps.
- If you would like to rent the property after the inspection, please submit your application through the advertisement page.
- After the submission, it may take a few days to get back to you. Feel free to follow up with your application through phone or email.
Process of signing the contract
- You will be informed through email if your application has been successfully accepted.
- Your leasing manager will send you the lease agreement to read through. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us, we are happy to go through the documents with you.
- Pay a holding fee to secure the property, and send us a screenshot of your payment. The holding fee is usually one month’s rent.
- Sign the lease agreement and email it back to us in PDF.
- After all of the above, you can prepare for your move-in. If you need help with connecting utilities and moving, feel free to reach out and we can organise free arrangements for you.
